We attended the SMI2G Brokerage Event and explored groundbreaking opportunities in Civil Security! Our colleague Radivoj Malić, R&D&I Project Manager had the privilege of participating in the prestigious event held in Paris.
During our time at SMI2G, we had the opportunity to engage in thought-provoking discussions about the challenges faced in the field of civil security and explore innovative solutions. We proudly showcased our TeamAware project to stakeholders who expressed keen interest. It was a pleasure to meet and connect with our project partners from Thales, TreeTechnology and SIMAVI Software Imagination & Vision while fostering new collaborations within cluster 3 of Horizon Europe.
The TeamAware Project
TeamAware Project develop an integrated and cost-efficient situational awareness system for first responders from different sectors with heterogeneous and hardly interoperable sensor units including drone mounted, wearable, and external sensor systems. Thus, TeamAware enhances crisis management, flexibility and reaction capability of first responders from different sectors through real-time, fused, refined, and manageable information by using highly-standardised augmented reality and mobile human machine interfaces.
Organized by the EARTO – European Association of Research and Technology Organisations, the #SERENnetwork, European Organisation for Security (EOS), Integrated Mission Group for Security (IMG-S), European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO), CMINE – The Crisis Management Innovation Network, and supported by the Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche, Campus Condorcet, and ENLETS, SMI2G brings together thought leaders and experts from across Europe. The event offers a platform for presenting game-changing ideas and novel technologies addressing the challenges outlined in the Horizon Europe Security Calls.
