Exploitation and IPR Management

ENIDE leads the task of defining the necessary methodology, metrics, and templates for the preparation of effective exploitation plans for PoDIUM. The objective is to identify the key scientific and technical achievements and how each partner will contribute to the exploitation of the project's results. This task aims to set up a consortium-wide action plan for the exploitation of PoDIUM's outcomes, considering potential risks and blockers that may arise in the emergence of new actors in the connected, cooperative, and automated mobility (CCAM) market services.

Exploitation strategy

As a pivotal participant in the PODIUM Project, ENIDE assumes a critical role in defining a comprehensive exploitation strategy guideline. Tasked with transforming scientific and technical achievements into commercial success, ENIDE orchestrates the creation of a strategic framework that outlines how the project's innovations will be harnessed for commercial applications. This strategy entails delineating the contributions and responsibilities of each consortium partner in the exploitation process. ENIDE's expertise ensures that the strategy aligns with market demands and identifies pathways for translating research into tangible economic and societal benefits.

Exploitation Plan

Throughout the PODIUM Project's lifecycle, ENIDE a long side with TENALACH takes charge of crafting comprehensive exploitation plans that guide the transformation of research into marketable solutions. ENIDE's role in Exploitation and IPR Management ensures the seamless transition of the PODIUM Project's innovations into real-world applications, maximizing their impact in the CCAM market and beyond. By orchestrating the strategic utilization of research findings, innovations, and technology advancements, ENIDE ensures that the project's intellectual capital extends beyond its immediate scope. This knowledge is not only used for immediate commercialization but also informs further research, consultancy, education, and policy-making initiatives.

Software Engineering

In the PODIUM Project, ENIDE's Software Engineering service plays a pivotal role in the development and deployment of a robust and functional app for passengers. This app serves as a vital tool for passengers engaging with the autonomous shuttle service, offering a seamless interface for information access and interaction. Supporting Role

Planning and Deployment of PoDIUM Platform Architecture and Data Collection Tools Development

In this task:, ENIDE plays a supporting role in the planning and deployment of the project's platform architecture and the development of data collection tools. Working alongside other project partners, ENIDE contributes to the successful integration of systems and the pre-testing phase at the PoDIUM Living Labs (LLs). Our expertise ensures that the platform architecture aligns with the specific requirements of each LL and is tailored to accommodate the unique needs of the respective Use Cases (UCs). ENIDE's role extends to defining technical guidelines for data acquisition, transmission, database structure, quality checks, data management, and protection. We collaborate with the project team to specify the types of data to be recorded across subsystems and develop and integrate tools for collecting and managing this raw data. This data plays a crucial role in testing, validation, and system assessment phases. By contributing to the data collection plan and tool development, ENIDE aids in ensuring accurate and comprehensive data analysis throughout the project lifecycle.

Spanish Living Lab Integration and Use-case Pre-Evaluation Testing

ENIDE supports the integration of the proposed PDI (Physical and Digital Infrastructure) innovations developed in Work Package 3 (WP3) at the Spanish Living Lab. Working alongside other project partners, we contribute to the integration of PDI innovations based on the specific needs of the Use Cases (UCs) within the Spanish context.
